  • Infrastructure Design and Integration:

  • Project Oversight and Coordination:

  • Security Enhancement Strategy:

    • Guarantee that the VDI solutions are compatible and scalable within the current infrastructure.
  • Disaster Recovery and Redundancy Planning:
    • Develop and execute a robust disaster recovery strategy to ensure business continuity.
    • Regularly test the plan to meet organizational requirements for system redundancy.
  • Data Center Upgrades:
    • Oversee enhancements to HVAC systems for optimal temperature regulation.
    • Manage project timelines and resources for data center improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in system engineering, focusing on server, storage, or network infrastructure.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level servers, storage networks, and security best practices.
  • Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and data center modernization concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
