- Manage calendars proactively and prioritize scheduling based on business priorities.

Candidate Requirements:
- Years of Experience Required: 4 years of experience
- Degrees or Certifications Required: BA/BS degree is desirable but not required.
- Disqualifiers: Candidates without relevant work experience as administrative assistants.
- Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft internal tools, onboarding tasks, planning team events, managing budgets, and strong communication and organizational skills.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on the quality of work and feedback from the team.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years prior experience with MS internal tools preferred.
- Minimum 3 years proficiency with Microsoft software, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with calendaring.
A Typical Day Might Look Like:
- Proactively managing calendars, making prioritization decisions.
- Partnering with business administrators to support engineering teams.
- Managing domestic and international travel plans.
- Onboarding new hires and vendor staff, managing office space.
- Preparing and processing expense reports.

- Communicating effectively within the business support community and leadership.
- Solving complex problems as they arise.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
