Job Summary

The Senior Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the Executive Vice President of Customer Care at TASC. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and itineraries for the executive and their team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and meal reservations.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
