Our client base ranges from airports, airlines, stadiums/arenas, Class A buildings, healthcare, universities, and facility management companies. TRAX’s solutions have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and named USA Today’s Top Airport Amenity. Role: Inside Sales and Marketing Associate

TRAX is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales and Marketing Associate with 1-3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for a positive, spirited, and dedicated individual that enjoys working in an exciting, collaborative culture. The Inside Sales and Marketing Associate will support our sales and marketing department by organizing marketing campaigns, preparing sales proposals, creating written marketing content, organizing conferences, and continued data entry inside of SalesForce CRM. Responsibilities Include:

Organizing and supporting marketing campaigns outlined by sales, client success and marketing department Provides hyper-responsive communication to prospective leads and teammates Responds to prospective client emails and delivers email campaigns to drive sales Responsible for updating and maintaining CRM data within SalesForce Assists with social media marketing Responsible for award applications and management Responsible organizing conferences, corporate events and tradeshows Creates sales quotes and provides proposal supports Supports the creation of case studies and project outlines for marketing Requirements:
