Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Office Manager for a financial services firm located in Olympia, WA. The Branch Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the branch office. Heart Financial Group provides holistic financial services including investment and insurance products.

Our admin is the face of Heart Financial Group. The person who fills this role must love working with our wonderful clients and must enjoy helping them. Our admin and the financial advisors are essential to help our clients. We are committed to provide excellent customer service. The admin office branch manager will work directly with financial advisors of the firm.


Heart Financial Group specializes in the business market. We have developed a website that outlines a variety of tax strategies. Our goal is to make the business more profitable, increase the business valuation and the multiple in the event of an exit or sale. The owner has written a book about exit planning and is gaining national attention regarding issues around a successful business exit.


This is a full time position, 40 hours weekly.

Three weeks vacation, including Christmas Week. Plus all major holidays observed.

Salary Range: Salary will be commensurate with experience $25 to $35 Hourly, 40 hours week.

There is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the branch manager role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a managerial role in the financial services industry
  • Must be very detailed oriented
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to deepen and broaden client relationships
  • Ability to Identify opportunities to create efficiency
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • Proficient in current and new office technology
  • Willingness to learn how financial services/markets work
  • Must have the skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Familiar with Google / Gmail / Google Sheets, etc.
  • Must deliver exceptional personalized customer service to clients
  • Branch manager will be seen, heard, respected, and supported
  • Must be able to manage deadlines
  • Assist in developing strategies to make job more efficient and enjoyable
  • Brand manager will be involved in marketing activities
  • Branch manager is expected to help plan and execute events
  • Will receive a high level of support
  • You will always be seen and heard
  • We strongly desire someone who wants to learn and grow
  • Must know how to work independently


A plus would be someone who would like to get insurance licensed. If licensed, the branch manager admin could earn exponentially more income. HFG would support those efforts and provide the education and tools necessary to become licensed.
