Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations of Uline's Washington branch, overseeing the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT, and Facilities departments.
  • Supervise branch operations to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure that the expansive distribution center meets and exceeds company standards.
  • Assist in attracting and retaining top talent while supporting employee relations.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and drive accountability through performance evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Over 5 years of experience in operations or general management.
  • Experience in warehouse, call center, or sales environments is a plus.
  • Proven experience in supervising staff.
  • Limited overnight travel required.
