As a Coordinator, Human Resources Information Systems you will develop, implement, and maintain all divisional HRIS and web page processes. In addition, you will analyze specifications to manage all aspects of current and anticipated Human Resources technology requirements.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or graduation from a certified or technical program
  • Three (3) years of experience in human resources information systems


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution
  • Proven experience successfully managing business/department functions and staff
  • Industry certification


Essential Functions

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and manage existing HRIS applications.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and audit frequently.
  • Plan, configure, install, maintain, and document all operating systems and product software.
  • Train staff in the use of existing and new technology.
  • Establish procedures for the utilization of all equipment and software to obtain maximum usage and efficiency.
  • Determine cause of failures and implement corrective action.
  • Identify new technology to improve the recruiting and online application process.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain web-based application systems for the department, to include the Human Resources website, PeopleSoft, Teacher Insight, Quality Control, scanning, passwords, training, and frequently asked questions.
  • Coordinate all network operations within the division.
  • Support all department functions in maintaining, updating, and creating all web-based technology.
  • Function as project manager on all committees representing Human Resources best interests and needs.
  • Prepare reports to provide project status and time tables.
  • Interface with users, consultants, and software vendors on HRIS issues and initiatives.
  • Coordinate all activities associated with Active Server Pages (ASP) implementation.
  • Maintain security for all divisional systems.
