Business Development Manager Healthcare

We are seeking a strong leader to fulfill the role of Experience Transformation Group Account Director for our Healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will drive effective experience strategies, manage client relationships, and develop new business opportunities in the Healthcare industry. With over 10 years of industry experience, this person will be a Healthcare expert, focused on building long-term relationships and aligning our services with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with brand and corporate directors, as well as VP-level clients, to lead business development and drive experience transformation.
  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding clients' internal and external needs.
  • Lead teams in generating new business ideas that align with client goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the business development team on proposals, presentations, and growth initiatives.
  • Present strategies and recommendations to C-Level executives, leading to new business and forward-moving initiatives.
  • Set and report on new business and sales goals quarterly.
  • Contribute to the client’s Thought Leadership and Innovation by staying informed about digital and marketing trends.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the Healthcare industry, particularly in experience and marketing trends.
  • Work with internal teams to plan and execute client strategies for customer experience, business operations, and marketing.

Qualifications:

  • BA in business, marketing, or related fields; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in Healthcare account management, with a focus on client business growth.
  • 10+ years of experience leading and managing client service teams.
  • Proven track record in driving new business.
  • Strong financial skills for budgeting and managing ongoing engagements.
  • Expertise in Experience Transformation and customer engagement marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to build trust and credibility.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a deep appreciation for data and analytics.
  • Consistent achievement of client deliverables.
  • Ability to balance risk management with quick decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
