We have been engaged confidentially to find a Northeast Regional Sales Manager for an outstanding OEM in packaging equipment. While we can’t share everything, final candidates will be given all information before any formal interviewing with the company. To be considered, candidates need to have a strong background selling larger capital equipment (not heavy equipment) in packaging equipment specifically. The ideal candidate should have:


  • A background in solids and liquids in food and beverage, with a focused on primary packaging machinery.
  • Strong business development skills including cold calls, in-person presentations
  • Excellent with time management and territory management.


With a very long history including a strong global and domestic business, this company has consistently offered its customers innovation, automation, and high-quality machinery.


Compensation is commiserated with experience and includes an uncapped commission structure helping you to focus on each job from cradle to grave and develop great relationships with customers and employees.
