This role is for a contemporary fashion company that has a small team that is driven with hard work, thoughtful practices, true collaboration and relentless passion and dedication.

ROLE:

–Strong focus on growing West Coast Specialty wholesale business and network

-Build and cultivate strong relationships with accounts with concentration of specialty accounts

-Focus on expanding West Coast Specialty business through prospecting and existing network

–Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and how to further grow the department

–Analyze and network with regional markets to establish business with brand-right retailers while growing brand awareness domestically and internationally

–Strong reporting skills to further understand performance and areas of opportunity to build the business

–Utilize confident communication and presentation skills including strong negotiation & persuasion skills

-Own sales from start to finish including all operational tasks to support revenue growth

-Build layers to the business through in-season sales by high touch relationships and strategies

-Ability to grow accounts through smart buys that support historical selling and identified opportunities

-Responsible for planning future and in season business for accounts through thoughtful sales and planning forecasts

-Exceptional wholesale relationships and relationship-building skills

REQUIREMENTS:

– Min. of 3+ years of experience in the wholesale industry

Ability to work with a small team and always open to diving in headfirst

– Exceptional presentation skills and a true brand ambassador

– Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.

-True team player with the ability to work well with all departments

– Embody the entrepreneurial spirit

- Technical skill proficiency using Excel, Powerpoint, JOOR, and ERP systems

- Salary plus commission package, Hybrid schedule (4 days in office), Travel required
