QUAD is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Manager to support a growing pharmaceutical company in the King of Prussia, PA area. 100% in the office with very little OT.



The Executive Administrative Manager will report directly to the Chief of Staff and will oversee three administrative assistants. The role will be responsible for the management of day to day activities to ensure comprehensive, effective C-Suite/Executive level administrative support.



Responsibilities:

The Executive Administrative Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and providing back up support to Administrative Support team
  • Ensuring efficient scheduling, expense reimbursement, and travel support
  • Liaising with Board of Directors, attending meetings, taking minutes, and preparing materials
  • Overseeing calendar management
  • Coordinating client meetings
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong staff relationships
  • Maintaining filing system
  • Editing meeting and event materials



Skills/Competencies:

The ideal Executive Administrative Manager will possess these skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 8+ executive support experience, including 5+ years in a managerial/supervisory capacity
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, with emphasis on PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail


Additional Details:

Salary: To $90k + bonus
