Executive Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Leader to join our team at JM Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio within the retained executive search domain.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company's objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and engage in meaningful conversations to comprehend their specific executive search needs.
- Utilize a consultative approach to propose bespoke solutions that align with the unique requirements of each client.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
- Actively pursue and acquire new client accounts through proactive outreach, relationship-building, industry networking, and other business development techniques.
- Proven track record in account development, business development, and complex relationship management with a focus on the Private Equity sector.
- Strong network and established relationships with key stakeholders within PE firms.
- Results-driven approach with a history of reaching business development quotas and performance metrics.
- Exceptional process management skills and proficiency in providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to both hunt for new business opportunities and effectively manage existing accounts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
