My client, a dynamic beauty brand thriving on Shopify Plus, is seeking a creative and strategic-minded Senior Product Manager for Growth to lead the development and execution of their content and product catalog strategy. Playing a pivotal role in their Growth initiatives, you will sculpt the user experience and functionality of their offerings, influencing marketing, operations, customer experience, and technology teams. Your responsibilities will revolve around driving initiatives to enhance performance, boost sales, and fortify their business for continuous growth.


What You'll Do:


  • Craft and communicate a holistic growth-oriented product strategy aligned with business objectives, market dynamics, and user requirements.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, marketing, operations, e-commerce, CX, and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth product delivery.
  • Inspire and guide a team comprising marketing stakeholders, UX designers, and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers to craft intuitive and captivating user experiences, prioritizing a customer-centric approach.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of top-notch features and enhancements.
  • Develop and update a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact, user feedback, and market trends.
  • Work alongside QA teams to set and maintain product quality standards, guaranteeing an outstanding user experience.


Who You Are:


  • 5 years of experience in eCommerce or product management.
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager in a Shopify Plus environment (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience with Subscription programs (i.e. Recharge, Skio, etc.) and/or Loyalty programs (i.e. LoyaltyLion, Yotpo, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of UX design, website infrastructure, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset, leaning towards data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking abilities and a dedication to meeting deadlines.
