Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Risk Specialist, who is responsible for ensuring the fraud risk management strategies and programs are established, maintained and enhanced to support the businesses in managing their fraud risks while meeting business and regulatory expectations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with Reporting
  • Enterprise experience
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Archer GRC
  • Experience with Development and management of internal risks and controls
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with technology risk within Financial institutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical background
  • 1st Line of Defense Risk experience
  • Proficient in Visio is a plus
  • Proficient in Tableau is a plus
  • COSO certification is a plus
  • Experience with KY3P (know your third party) is a plus
  • Knowledge or ability to learn to processes and systems is a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Leads or influences technology risk initiatives and business-as-usual activities. Identifies risk, assesses impact, and makes recommendations on resolution. Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate
  • Provides Technology risk expertise while working with Technology teams, subsidiaries and the Lines of Businesses, and other risk partners (e.g., Independent Risk Management, Compliance, Audit)
  • Executes the technology risk management programs within or across Technology and the Lines of Business (e.g. – Technology and Line of Business risk and control self-assessments and technology quality assurance reviews)
  • May lead cross-functional teams
  • Supports execution of the Technology risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations. Leads in the design and development of technology controls for specific technology risk management program components
  • Executes the Technology Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable
  • Enables Technology and Line of Business adherence with Technology risk management programs
