Key Responsibilities- Lead and provide direction to key internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory examination materials are submitted on time and meet expectations.
- Act as a liaison between regulatory agencies and the bank to ensure service expectations are met.
- Ensure work is performed within policies, standards, procedures, and frameworks with established tools and techniques routinely used for project management.
- Partner with risk management to plan and execute the risk management program and corresponding communication strategies.
- Engage with lines of business to review and challenge compliance with programs.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of the risk management program to meet regulatory expectations.
- Execute the risk management program within and across lines of business.
- Develop risk expertise while working with businesses and other risk partners to proactively identify risk exposures across PNC.
- Participate in challenging business self-assessment results and reviews applicable independent analyses.
- University/college degree required.
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
- Preferred skills: Compliance Reporting, Customer Risk, Decision Making, Regulatory Requirements, Risk Assessments, Risk Control, Strategic Objectives.
- Competencies: Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Fraud Management, Internal Controls, Operational Risk, Organizational Savvy and Politics, Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving, Process Management.
