As a Senior Specialist in Line of Business Risk Management, you will play a vital role in our Supply Chain Management division.

This position allows for remote work, provided it is conducted from a quiet, confidential space approved by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the regulatory risk manager to implement regulatory risk initiatives, including establishing, developing, and monitoring these initiatives. Engages with internal service partners and business lines to ensure effective execution across various business and risk domains.

• Guarantees that all necessary documentation is completed, including the review of compliance validation reports, control frameworks, and risk profiles, while escalating issues to management as needed.

• Identifies potential audit concerns and Matters Requiring Attention (MRAs) to ensure timely and effective action by business and risk areas. Communicates these potential issues and execution plans to relevant business lines.

• Participates in regulatory and audit meetings, focusing on Third Party Management and Enterprise Change Management, and may also engage in business staff meetings to provide updates on status and progress.

• Engages with business lines and both internal and external partners to monitor compliance with regulations.

• Supports Committees within Supply Chain Management by coordinating the collection of materials and documenting meeting minutes.

Job Description:
  • Implements the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying areas for improvement as necessary, and facilitates adherence to risk management protocols within the business lines.
  • Contributes to the design and development of the risk management program to align with business and regulatory requirements, leading the creation of specific components of the program.
  • Implements risk management initiatives across various business lines, including conducting business self-assessments and quality reviews, and may lead cross-functional teams.
  • Provides risk management expertise while collaborating with business units and other risk partners, such as Compliance, Credit, Legal, and Audit.
  • Leads or influences risk initiatives and routine activities, identifying risks, assessing their impact, and making recommendations for resolution. Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate.
