We are currently seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis to create impactful email campaigns that resonate with our customers.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Designer with extensive experience in designing and executing email campaigns within a retail environment. The ideal candidate will be highly conceptual, able to translate ideas into visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity. This role requires proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually engaging email campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales in a retail setting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriting, and product teams, to ensure design alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
  • Utilize Figma and Adobe XD to create and iterate on design concepts, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Implement feedback and make design revisions as needed to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email design, ensuring our campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
  • Proactively suggest creative solutions to improve the effectiveness of email campaigns, contributing to the overall digital strategy.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and email platforms, maintaining high standards of usability and accessibility.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Designer, specializing in email campaigns within a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Strong conceptual skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present design concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for staying ahead of design trends.
