Seneca Global Services, LLCis seeking a Administrative Assistant in El Segundo, CA. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the team with detail-oriented contract tasks
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Assisting with product inspection and quality control
  • Organizing computer folders, files, and documents
  • Providing general administrative support to the office and team members
  • Assisting with team events

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Secret clearance

Desired Skills:

  • Associate‘s or Bachelor‘s degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role
