PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
  • Organize and maintain case files, documents, and exhibits.
  • Prepare and file court documents, including e-filing when necessary.
  • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the legal team.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance defense litigation.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records.
  • Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and legal research databases.
  • Knowledge of court procedures and filing requirements.
