As a Bid and Proposal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting project-specific bid/RFP processes and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals. You will assist in managing various aspects of the pursuit process, including the review and summarization of key legal and business points, as well as the preparation and approval of bid and RFP responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to craft innovative, competitive, and responsive proposals.
  • Execute and oversee daily and weekly responsibilities, such as comprehensive contract reviews, bid evaluations, and monitoring of critical contract milestones.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and prioritization to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in paralegal, legal assisting, project management, solicitation response, or bid management.
  • Some college or equivalent education.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, written, and verbal).
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, GQ).
  • Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
