About the Role:

MCI Careers is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. As a Paralegal Virtual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, organizing and maintaining files, and assisting in the preparation of cases for trial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from various resources, including statutes, case law, legal articles, and regulations.
  • Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for court filings.
  • Organize and maintain case files, manage deadlines, and keep track of ongoing legal proceedings.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
