A a full-service concrete and asphalt contractor specializing in maintenance and repairs for parking structures, facades, traffic coatings, and epoxy applications has an immediate need for a Sales Professional.


Position Overview

We seek an experienced commercial construction sales professional to generate and maintain client relationships and drive sales in the Milwaukee to Madison region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction sales.


Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing relationships to secure bid opportunities and generate new leads.
  • Develop new relationships with commercial clients.
  • Represent our company at key trade organizations in Illinois.
  • Lead tradeshow efforts, including identifying opportunities, managing logistics, and coordinating giveaways.
  • Manage marketing activities related to sales goals, including tradeshow materials and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Support the development of an inside sales program.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven account management and sales skills.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with office software (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience with concrete, pavement, parking structures, and masonry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated project manager for the Chicagoland area.
