Job Type: Petitioner, Canvass and Petitioner Manager
Work Schedule: Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
Position Summary: You will be instrumental in our mission to mobilize and empower voters across designated U.S. states and territories. Your primary role will involve engaging with community members, providing them with accurate and pertinent information regarding upcoming elections, candidates, and significant ballot measures, while encouraging their participation in the electoral process. This position presents a valuable opportunity to make a direct impact within the local community, enhance civic engagement, and contribute to the democratic process.

- Professional, organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Prior experience and knowledge in similar roles are advantageous.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to read and write proficiently.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Completion of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be available to work as scheduled.
- Physical capability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
- Previous experience in political or electoral engagement.
- Strong understanding of field strategies, targeting, and metrics.
- Familiarity with canvassing software and platforms.
Compensation:
- $21 - $27 per hour (Based on Role & Project)
