Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience specializing in construction law, with a robust track record in construction defect litigation.
  • Licensed to practice in Florida, with a JD from an accredited law school.
  • Deep understanding of the construction industry’s legal framework in South Florida, coupled with a strategic approach to complex problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team of legal professionals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of managing sensitive client relationships.
  • Proven ability to handle high volumes of complex litigation independently.
