About the Role:

We are actively seeking a partner-level attorney to join a well-respected regional firm specializing in insurance defense and coverage issues. This is a full-time opportunity requiring a minimum of a $500,000 book of business.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing both first-party and third-party insurance defense and coverage claims. The incoming attorney will lead the development of case strategies across various insurance defense and coverage matters and will benefit from exceptional support from paralegals, attorneys, and administrative staff to facilitate case progression. Candidates should be adept in all litigation phases, including depositions, law and motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
