Boutique reputable Insurance Defense Litigation Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Attorney with 1+ years of FL litigation experience to join its WEST PALM BEACH office. (This is a 100% "in office" position - it is NOT remote or hybrid).

We will consider brand new 1st year attorneys too

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 1-5 years experience in some of these practice areas IN FLORIDA: plaintiff's personal injury, insurance defense litigation, bodily injury defense, first party property, wrongful death, car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, negligent security, medical malpractice, toxic torts, general liability, construction accidents, and/or products liability.

JOB DUTIES include defending high-value cases from initial pleadings, written discovery, depositions, mediations, and trials. Should have strong research and writing skills, including using WestLaw and Lexis. Will be expected to meet with clients, respond to demand letters, prep for court hearings, substantive motions, preparing MSJs (and responses), writing detailed legal memos, status reports to carriers, settlement negotiations, and managing all files assigned to you. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task. Experience with billable hours is a plus.
