Responsibilities of the Medical Billing Specialist:

  • Precise Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Audit and Reconciliation: Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of billing records, identifying and rectifying errors or inaccuracies.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues or discrepancies, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements of the Medical Billing Specialist:

  • Proven work experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role in a medical environment.

  • Proficiency in using billing software and tools, ensuring efficient and accurate billing operations.
