  • Coordinate with suppliers for parts procurement.
  • Handle billing and follow up on accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a dynamic office setting.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in internal databases and software; knowledge of MS Office is essential.
  • Team-oriented with a positive demeanor and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
