You will also engage actively in the laboratory's quality enhancement initiatives.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree:
A degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Life Sciences with a minimum of 26 science credits, accompanied by relevant experience in a CLIA-certified laboratory (Required).

Experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the pertinent laboratory sector (Preferred).

Licenses/Certifications
ASCP - American Society for Clinical Pathology certification (Preferred).
