Seeking a Director of Major Gifts to identify, qualify, cultivate, and solicit prospects and donors for major gifts ($25,000+). This position works closely with the VP & CEO in various development activities including developing and executing solicitation strategies for the agency’s major donors as well as developing grant proposals and reports. This position will also manage a team of major gift officers, providing guidance and support to ensure that the major gift team achieves annual and campaign goals.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five (5) years of experience in fund development, grant writing, and/or sales/marketing
  • Three (3) years in a management role
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License
