DAY TO DAY: Our fast-growing life insurance and annuities client in Durham is seeking a Producer Support candidate to join their team. You will be customer facing and handle inbound and outbound calls. You will manage a que and perform follow ups. You will navigate multiple systems at once and work closely with the agents and distribution partners who sell our policies. Individuals in this dynamic role are responsible for our distribution partner experience and their satisfaction with our organization. The ideal candidate must be able to build positive effective and quality relationships that inspire producers to do business with us. The right person for this role has an extremely strong work ethic and capacity for learning and retaining large amounts of information quickly. Individuals must have strong communication skills and an energetic personality with ability to work with and adjust to all other personality types. Must be self-driven and responsible for staying current on all industry and market conditions/trends. This role will handle nearly all communications with producers regarding anything from onboarding to new applications to service needs for their clients. All questions, requests and complaints presented from partners will be handled to completion by individuals on this team. Must be comfortable handling challenges head on.

  • Manage all correspondence with distribution partners pertaining to sales & service.
  • Respond quickly and effectively when a need is presented from a partner. Handles all requests to completion only involving other departments when necessary or with escalated issues. Follow up on issues until resolution.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all products and current knowledge of all operational procedures including business rules.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Qualified/IRA rules and how they apply to Annuities.
  • Build lasting relationships with distribution partners and provide a personalized experience to all producers
  • Provide technical assistance to producers and organizations with onboarding portal, illustration system, and e-application.
  • Be an active participant in analyzing products, services, and business processes to ensure partners satisfaction. Propose solutions that will benefit all parties.
  • Actively promote products and services.
  • Be an agent of change promoting our digital platforms both internally and externally.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with management regarding developments within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as requested.
  • Communicate and interact respectfully and professionally with all partners, coworkers, management, and customers.
