We are currently seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our clients team through November and support their day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about environmental sustainability. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with organizing company events, workshops, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years administrative assistant or receptionist experience.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite/Microsoft Word primarily)
