About the Job

You’ll be in charge in working with the management team to oversee changes and ideate new changes to everything digital in the businesses You will be our first digital only hire, which means you’ll have lots of control in the future of how the business runs and operates from an online perspective and how our in-store customers work with our (soon to be) tech.


Responsibilities. 

  1. Update websites including changing themes, implementing metadata and new web software, and editing the Shopify and Squarespace websites.
  2. Work with leadership to identify opportunities for the businesses websites and online strategies to drive more revenue.
  3. Create strategy docs that clearly articulate what we need to do to enhance the business digitally.
  4. Help launch new internal systems including but not limited to…new call tracking software, CRM systems, and offline conversion imports
  5. Upon setup, help train the team and monitor progress of usage of the new software and track business metrics
  6. Create systems that allow you and leadership to track progress of primary KPIs across the business.
  7. Oversee digital ads including Meta, Google, and others.
  8. Oversee email campaigns including sales and new arrival launches


Minimum Qualifications

  1. Computer Savvy. You love spending time figuring out new tools and are eager to make your mark on a business.
  2. Take feedback well.
  3. Communicative with the team
  4. Under G-Suite products including Google Docs and Sheets
  5. Understand ChatGPT


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Simple web experience including but not limited to Shopify, squarespace, WIX, webflow, or other tools
  2. Experience with CRMS including hubspot or other call tracking software
  3. Experience with digital ads including meta and google ads.


Nice to have

  1. Previous entrepreneurial experience.
  2. Design savvy, you have a good eye for modern design and have projects or work experience to demonstrate this.
