Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead the growth of our digital marketing department. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at hands-on execution and is passionate about driving digital initiatives that achieve revenue and growth objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing digital advertising campaigns, planning and optimizing PPC with strong SEO skills, and overseeing the digital marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company’s digital presence and build an innovative digital strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.

Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies, adapting strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Department Growth: Build and expand the digital marketing department, setting goals and implementing innovative digital solutions.

Google Ads Management:

  • Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search.
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, manage bids, and perform A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads features and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
  • SEO Strategy & Execution:
  • Conduct SEO audits and develop strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
  • Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and content for better search engine visibility.
  • Implement link-building strategies and monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content.
  • Lead Generation: Lead the development and execution of lead generation strategies to drive market penetration and brand growth.
  • Collaboration with CMO: Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to grow the brand, executing the marketing plan and maintaining consistency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, building and mentoring a high-performing digital marketing team while contributing directly to projects.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize digital campaigns based on data.
  • Reporting: Work with the Marketing Analyst and data team to provide clear performance reports with actionable insights for revenue generation.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Project Management: Oversee digital project workflows, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion from concept to execution.
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure alignment of paid ads and SEO strategies with broader marketing efforts, creating a cohesive digital presence.
  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractors on digital projects when applicable, ensuring work quality and alignment with project goals
  • Website Optimization: Contribute to website design and development to ensure SEO optimization and a seamless user experience.
  • Creative Input: Contribute to creative projects, including ideation and design presentations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and tools, ensuring that our strategies remain cutting-edge.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in PPC, SEO and digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Certifications/Portfolio: Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, content strategy, and optimization.
  • Google Ads Expertise: 3+ years of experience managing successful paid search campaigns with Google Ads certification.
  • Strong experience with Google AdWords, Google Ad Manager, Google Display Network, Facebook/Meta Audience Network, and digital marketing tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of A/B testing, off-page/on-page SEO techniques, and performance analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
