This is a direct-hire, full-time position paying $22-$24/hr DOE offering excellent company benefits.


What you get to do:

  • Enter new project information and upload documents in VantagePoint.
  • Prepare and send invoices and budget reports; assist with accounts receivable.
  • Manage office materials and supplies.
  • Maintain departmental information, including job lists, marketing files, and employee lists.
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
  • Assist with expense report preparation.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding with IT and HR support.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support high-quality service delivery.


What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and task prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Deltek experience nice to have.
