Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Freight Sales Agent in Jamaica, NY. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery, and meeting and exceeding sales targets, thereby crucial to our company's success.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, or a related field
  • At least one year of experience in air freight sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with air freight forwarding procedures, customs regulations, and transportation documentation
  • Proactive and result-driven attitude with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with CRM software, sales analytics, and reporting tools is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
