As a Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flights, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure timely departures and arrivals by working effectively with our ground crew and flight teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in our comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge in ramp operations, safety procedures, and customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license (some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role).
  • 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
