Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ramp Agent to join our team at Envoy Air. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport ground handling services.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate company vehicles to transport baggage and cargo to and from aircraft.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and airline staff.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.
• Meet or exceed performance standards and safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security clearance.
• Ability to lift, bend, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
