Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·                    Communicating and build relationships with our clients, tenants, and service technicians

·                    Answering inbound calls from tenants and assisting their needs

·                    Creating work orders for maintenance repairs and requests

·                    Dispatching technicians in response to repair requests

·                    Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

·                    Following up on work order status

·                    Following up with tenants to ensure work is completed and to obtain feedback

·                    Preparing and distributing reports

·                    Processing monthly rent receipts and invoices

·                    Maintaining rental files

·                    Working as a team player and contributing to the team accordingly

·                    Taking on additional higher-level tasks as new skills and knowledge are acquired (such as attending networking meetings and events, conducting client appointments, calculating rent adjustments)

Working Conditions:

·                    Duties are primarily performed in an office environment, at a desk or at a computer.

·                    Employee will experience frequent interruptions while performing normal duties during the regular workday.

·                    Employee will have contact, in person, via email, or on the telephone, with existing clients, tenants, prospective clients and tenants, and service technicians.

 

 

Physical Demands:

·                    Typically may sit for extended periods of time.

·                    May stand for extended periods of time during company hosted events, inspections, property showings, and/or open houses. 

·                    Operates a computer.

·                    Communicates over the telephone, via email, and in person.

·                    Regularly lifts, carries, reaches, and/or moves objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

 

Work Schedule: Full-Time with some evenings and weekends required. Position may require additional hours.
