Position Overview:

Catalyst Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Operations Manager for a dynamic specialty materials manufacturing and distribution organization. This role is essential for overseeing multi-plant operations in California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ongoing enhancement and administration of the maintenance program, including CMMS.
  • Supervise a maintenance department comprising approximately 30 personnel within an active manufacturing environment.
  • Report directly to the General Manager alongside plant managers.
  • Oversee both operational and capital budgets, coordinating significant capital expenditure projects with corporate.
  • Recruit, develop, train, and advance team members.
  • Manage Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) analysis programs, including thermographic, ultrasonic, vibration, and oil analysis.
  • Enhance and sustain a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system while continuing the implementation and improvement of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
  • Ensure integration of all work with site safety and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols.
  • Oversee the maintenance of automation and electrical systems.
  • Utilize TabWare for CMMS; experience with online CMMS and SAP is advantageous.
Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a 4-year degree in engineering or demonstrate significant applicable experience. A minimum of 15 years in maintenance and reliability management is required, with experience in an operational plant setting that prioritizes safety.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $155,000, along with bonus opportunities and a relocation program.
