Hours are from 3:30pm to Midnight, Monday through Friday.


Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain customer credit records.

• Open data using a proprietary case management system.

• Review data in accordance with client protocol.

• Use specialized software to create 2d scans to be used for patient needs

• Upload completed pre-operative plans to field-based personnel.

• Document all activities according to prescribed procedures.

• Maintain consistent output by following work instructions.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.


Required Experience:

• Demonstrated proficiency in administrative or data entry roles

• Familiarity with planning processes and procedures

• Experience in quality review and production methods

• Proficiency in digital communication tools and methods

• Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suites

• Comfortable with onsite work and meeting targets

• Experience in case management and replacement procedures

• Knowledge of robotics and radiology beneficial

• Ability to work overtime when required

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications

• Ability to handle headcount management effectively.
