Key Responsibilities:

  • Address client inquiries related to office supplies, furniture, and custom orders via phone or email.
  • Facilitate product orders through various communication channels and accurately input data into the ordering system.
  • Provide product recommendations based on client purchasing history.
  • Ensure orders are processed within the system for vendor placement.
  • Engage with multiple vendors to guarantee competitive pricing on products.
  • Investigate vendors for specialized order items.
  • Work alongside the Logistics Manager to coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Examine received orders and report any discrepancies, such as shortages or damages, to the vendor.
  • Manage returns by requesting Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) from vendors and organizing product pickups from client locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in a professional administrative capacity.
  • Basic accounting knowledge coupled with strong mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage, typing, and data entry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
