What You'll Be Doing:

Business Development Strategist: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies that align with our mission and drive organizational growth.

Partnership Pioneer: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to enhance our impact and reach.

Research & Development Maestro: Lead the charge in research initiatives, exploring innovative solutions and staying ahead of industry trends.

Innovation Evangelist: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creative thinking and the exploration of new opportunities.

Resource Mobilization Expert: Spearhead efforts to secure funding, grants, and sponsorships to support both business development and research projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with various teams, bridging the gap between business goals and research endeavors.

What You Bring:

Strategic Vision: Proven experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies.

Research & Development Expertise: Background in leading research initiatives, driving innovation, and exploring new avenues.

Partnership Prowess: A track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive organizational growth.

Resource Mobilization Skills: Demonstrated ability to secure funding and resources through grants, sponsorships, and other avenues.

Innovation Instinct: A passion for exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies and solutions.

Collaborative Spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to integrate research and business development efforts seamlessly.

Expectations:


The individual in this role can provide flexible support as their schedule allows, however at a minimum the Director’s of the organization will meet for one hour every two weeks to discuss the direction of projects. It would be beneficial for the organization, if the individual in this role, could provide a few hours of critical thinking and support to applicable projects which are impacted by this department.


Organizational Structure:


The Circle of Creative Operations has eight different departments which will work collaboratively to bring to life projects which will better the World. Each of the Director’s responsible for these eight departments holds equal stake in the organization. There is no vertical chain of command but instead a horizontal connection of peers resulting in a growing circle of members with equal stake.
