Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive strategies that align with our mission and drive sustainable growth.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations to amplify our reach and effectiveness.
  • Research Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives, exploring innovative solutions and staying ahead of industry advancements.
  • Innovation Champion: Cultivate a culture of creativity within the organization, encouraging innovative thinking and exploration of new opportunities.
  • Resource Acquisition: Lead efforts to secure funding, grants, and sponsorships to support business development and research initiatives.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work collaboratively with various teams to bridge the gap between business objectives and research initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic Insight: Proven track record in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Research Expertise: Experience in leading research initiatives and driving innovation.
  • Partnership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships that foster growth.
  • Resource Mobilization: Successful history of securing funding and resources through various channels.
  • Innovative Mindset: Passion for exploring and implementing advanced technologies and solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with diverse teams to integrate research and business development efforts.

Expectations:

The individual in this role is expected to provide flexible support as their schedule allows, with a minimum commitment to bi-weekly meetings to discuss project directions. Additional hours dedicated to critical thinking and support for relevant projects are encouraged.

Organizational Structure:

Our Circle of Creative Operations comprises eight distinct departments that collaborate to bring impactful projects to fruition. Each Director within these departments shares equal responsibility and authority, fostering a horizontal structure that promotes collective growth.
