Inventory Specialist

This position is responsible for overseeing all the activities related to receiving, storing, picking, staging and distributing materials, equipment, merchandise, supplies and products. Other responsibilities include maintaining and organizing inventory warehouse and storage bins, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, compiling balance, transaction, and movement reports and doing weekly counts of all products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Tracking inventory maintenance.

* Picking parts from inventory.

* Staging kits for assembly.

* Material transactions in the system.

* Controlling flows of equipment and supplies.

* Reporting to management and advising on process improvements.

* Coordinating and directing multiple teams.

* Developing loss mitigation processes and protocols.

* Compiling inventory reports.

* Addressing any problems, obstacles or challenges.

* Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

* High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

* Basic computer and software skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

* Experience with Flowtrac and/or Unanet is desired.

* Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and excels in a team environment.

* Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
