Position Summary This position is responsible for overseeing all the activities related to ordering, receiving, storing and distributing materials, equipment, merchandise, supplies and products. This role will work closely with management, develop and improve existing procedures and policies, and prevent losses. Other responsibilities include maintaining storage facilities, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, compiling balance, price and cost reports, and doing weekly counts of all products.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Tracking inventory maintenance.
  • Controlling flows of equipment and supplies.
  • Reporting to management and advising on process improvements.
  • Coordinating and directing multiple teams.
  • Developing loss mitigation processes and protocols.
  • Training less experienced inventory workers.
  • Compiling inventory reports.
  • Addressing any problems, obstacles or challenges.
  • Forecasting future inventory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an inventory/stockroom environment and ERP systems.
  • Basic computer and software skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Flowtrac and/or Unanet is desired.
  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and excels in a team environment.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers, far visual acuity, and peripheral vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Hourly Range

$26.00 - $30.00 Per Hour

However, Innoflight considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills. Employees may be eligible for profit sharing and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. In addition, Innoflight provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, 401K, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
