About the Role

Ryder is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and timely ordering, receiving, and cataloging of parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Process purchase orders and supplier invoices
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of parts received into inventory
  • Oversee parts obsolescence and implement strategies to minimize waste
  • Coordinate shipping and returns of warranty and parts to vendors
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts room
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in inventory management or related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
