Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years in commercial property management.

Experience with Class A office and Retail experience

Experience with CAM, Real Estate Tax, Capital Improvement Projects, and tenant relations

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors, residents, and tenants across all property types – Retail, Office.
  • Manage and develop all property personnel.
  • Train, mentor and continually develop Assistant Property Managers
  • Negotiate contracts and supervise all contractor services related to the physical operation of the property.
  • Manage all fiscal activities of the property and maintain P&L responsibility.
  • Assist with marketing and leasing strategy for both current and prospective tenants and collaborate with exclusive brokers and direct line managers to meet performance objectives.
  • Prepare special ownership reports as needed.
  • Display in-depth knowledge of building mechanical systems and collaborate with the Head of Maintenance/Engineering staff on engineering initiatives.
  • Direct all emergency procedures including but not limited to:

Establish and execute emergency plans and practice drills for buildings requiring annual fire drills.

Lead and/or assist with evacuations and life safety alarms as deemed reasonable and

prudent. Act as fire/life safety director while assisting emergency authorities and response teams (site-specific)

  • Ensure all government, industry, and company required programs are instituted and maintained within the property.
  • Provide support to the construction/development team including, but not limited to owner
