Program Specialist (Internal Role)

We are currently seeking a Program Specialist that will provide our client(s) with a high-touch, exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, strong written and verbal communication skills and have prior experience in payroll services and/or MSP and/or staffing operations. Candidate should have an energetic attitude and be driven to succeed, with great interpersonal skills. The Program team handles the day-to-day support and responsibility for all worker and client communications in meeting defined SLA’s. They will partner with the Director of MSP relationships and sales for identified recruiting opportunities to expand the portfolio.


Opportunity Details


Onboarding and Candidate Management

  • Initiate the onboarding process by contacting candidates referred to Equiliem.
  • Conduct first-week check-ins via phone and email; maintain candidate follow-up conversations and relationships throughout the assignment.
  • Monitor and follow up with the compliance team for updates on candidates in the onboarding phase, providing daily/weekly updates to the MSP or end client program team.
  • Conduct 30/60/90 day follow-ups with employees to ensure an exceptional experience and resolve any issues.
  • Provide feedback post-termination to the hiring team or MSP.
  • Inform candidates about contract extensions and/or pay rate changes, and update information in the VMS.
  • Manage the redeployment process.


Client and Account Management

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Manage and provide client support to assigned clients, ensuring a positive relationship and regular communication.
  • Maintain a client relationship map and account SOPs to capture continuous updates.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled client meetings with prepared agendas, action items, and timelines.
  • Monitor surveys to measure client and employee satisfaction and manage risk mitigation for each account.


Reporting and Performance Management

  • Create, configure, and analyze reports needed for each account, ensuring compliance audits are managed and escalated timely.
  • Run, manage, and follow up on all account-required standardized reports, maintaining KPIs and SLAs against agreed-upon contract terms and conditions.
  • Drive measurable improvements of key business metrics through strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Execute Quarterly Business Reviews and assist with leading discussions on future forecasting initiatives.


Support and Training

  • Serve as a back-up for Program Coordinator responsibilities and coverage.
  • Train new team members on important account information.
  • Support strategic initiatives and maintain a close partnership with Program sponsors, Hiring Managers (if permitted), and the MSP program management office.
  • Build strong internal partnerships with Accounting, Finance and HR/Compliance groups


Background We are Seeking

  • 3+ years' experience in EOR, with experience in either staffing/recruiting, MSP or professional services preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly present recommendations and results
  • Strong customer service skills; ability to work with various personalities and styles
