Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Service Desk Analyst to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to provide outstanding customer service while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The role offers growth opportunities as you help improve the service desk processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, and isolate problems to determine solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues via in-person, phone, or email, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to enhance the service desk's performance and processes.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of 1 year of IT support, customer service, and call center experience (can include internships or academic projects).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Internet tools; A+ and Network+ certifications.
  • Experience in a banking environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to resolve complex customer issues quickly.
  • Available to work daytime, evening hours, and some weekends as part of a permanent schedule.
